How and why we use your data

  • Consent. For marketing and before and after photographs.
  • Performance of a contract. To provide the services booked.
  • Legal obligation. Retention of clinical records.
  • Legitimate interests. Managing and improving the business safely.

For health data (special category data), we rely on your explicit consent and on Article 9(2)(h) (provision of healthcare) of the UK GDPR.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We may share it with qualified prescribers for prescription treatments only; with our booking system (Fresha); with payment processors; and with regulators (for example HIW and Cyngor Gwynedd) where legally required. All processors are bound by data protection agreements.

How long we keep your data

We retain clinical records for as long as required by professional and legal guidelines, then delete them securely.
