01 Overview
EndoPulse is a minimally invasive, non-surgical laser treatment that tightens and lifts the skin, with no incisions, no sutures, and no general anaesthetic.
It uses ultra-fine optical fibres, finer than a single hair, introduced beneath the skin's surface to deliver laser energy with precision. The controlled thermal effect tightens tissue, remodels localised fat deposits, and stimulates the production of new collagen over the following months.
It is commonly used along the jawline, under the chin, on the neck, and around the eyes, areas where mild to moderate laxity tends to appear first.
02 How it works
The entire treatment is carried out by Sarah, under local anaesthetic, in a single appointment.
Consultation and assessment
A face-to-face assessment to determine whether EndoPulse is suitable for you and to map out the areas to be treated.
Preparation and local anaesthetic
The skin is cleansed and local anaesthetic applied so that the treatment is comfortable throughout.
Laser microfibre
A fine optical fibre is introduced beneath the skin through a very small entry point, delivering laser energy precisely to the exact depth required.
Collagen remodelling
Over the following weeks and months, the skin continues to tighten as new collagen forms.

Many areas can be treated fully in a single session. The exact plan is agreed at your consultation.

What is the difference between EndoPulse and surgery?
EndoPulse is a pre-surgical treatment: there is no major incision, stitches, or general anaesthetic. For very advanced laxity, a surgical option may be more appropriate; this is discussed at consultation.
Will there be scarring?
The fibre is introduced through a very small entry point. Any risks, including skin marks, are discussed in full before you consent to treatment.
Can I combine EndoPulse with other treatments?
In some cases, EndoPulse can be planned alongside other treatments. Sarah will recommend the safest approach at your consultation.
Which areas can be treated?
It is commonly used for the jawline, under the chin, the neck, and around the eyes. Suitability of each area is confirmed at assessment.
How do I prepare?
You will receive clear instructions ahead of your treatment. Generally, you will be asked to avoid certain medications and specific things before attending; details are confirmed at consultation.
